What is the difference between the online portal and the mobile app?

The online portal is designed to help you prepare for or finish a locum tenens assignment. The mobile app is intended for you to use while traveling to and working an assignment.

What features are available to me through the online portal?

Think of it as your hub for all the details of your current and future assignments. It’s accessible 24/7 with real-time updates. Here are some of the features of the MyCompHealth online portal:

  • View dates and details of active, confirmed, and completed assignments

  • Track your time

  • Find essential first-day details like facility address, schedule, dress code, parking, contact person, and more

  • Access flight/travel itineraries and reservations for rental cars and hotels

  • Check on credentialing status and view documents you have uploaded

  • Connect with the support team, including payroll and travel concierge team

  • View open locum tenens jobs and notify your consultant of your interest with just one click

  • Add work history and clinical capabilities

  • Fill out an application for a new assignment

  • Upload documents needed for credentialing, like your driver’s license, diplomas, and training certificates

What features are available in the MyCompHealth assignment app?

While the MyCompHealth online portal is designed to help you with pre- and post-assignment activities, the mobile app is primarily intended to help you once you have been confirmed for an assignment. The app includes:

  • Work schedule, which you can sync with your personal calendar

  • Travel itineraries and details

  • Time entry

  • Job details

  • Access to your MyCompHealth team

  • Integrated reminders and alerts

If you have any questions or run into any issues accessing or logging into your MyCompHealth app, contact your recruiter and they can walk you through it.

How do I apply for a job in the online portal?

New locum tenens job opportunities are posted to the Jobs page of the MyCompHealth portal as soon as they are available. If you’re interested in an open job, click the Send Interest button. This feature allows you to submit your interest — along with any questions or comments you may have — directly to your CompHealth recruiter.

Is my personal information private and secure?

Yes. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us, and we follow industry best practices for data security.

Why should I use MyCompHealth?

It allows you to stay better connected with us. Both the online portal and mobile app give you quick access to the contact information for your entire support team — from payroll to travel concierge. MyCompHealth increases the ease with which you can share information and upload documents, and simplifies all processes involved in working locum tenens assignments.

What should I do if any of my information on MyCompHealth is incorrect, or I forget my username or password?

Your recruiter is your point-of-contact for any portal- or app-related issues. They’ll ensure that your information is accurate and up to date and can help you reset your login credentials if necessary.

Who do I contact if I’m having technical issues?

Contact your recruiter. You can also use the Site Feedback link on our website to report any problems you encounter with the MyCompHealth online portal or mobile app.

Which browsers are supported by the MyCompHealth online portal?

The portal supports all browsers, but older versions of Internet Explorer may result in a slower experience. For the best user experience, access the portal with the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.

How often are new features added to the MyComphealth online portal and mobile app?

We are constantly adding new features to ensure your MyCompHealth experience is as smooth and helpful as possible. Updates are made in real time, and when you log in to the portal or mobile app, you'll be notified of any changes or new features.

Who do I contact if I have an idea for portal improvements?

We’d love to hear your suggestions! To share your idea with us, contact your recruiter or use the Site Feedback link.
